The Rugby World Cup is taking place this year in Japan, running from 20 September through until 2nd November 2019 and will of course present a great opportunity for businesses to boost their trade at the tale end of the summer.

Given the time difference, and with many of the games kicking off in the earlier part of the morning, you will require a temporary event notice (TEN) to enable you to sell alcohol for the start of some of the home nations games.
